Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. On page No. 16 of the petition, there is a reference of Sister namely Anwari Shafeeq Shah. Hence, Petitioner to explain.

2. The petitioner has only life interest, with condition. The property mentioned in the Schedule - I is bequeathed to Zoheb Khan.

Hence, petitioner to file consent of said Zoheb Khan or serve the citation as per the provisions of Section 235 of Indian Succession Act, 1925.

3. Petitioner to state about other properties stated in the Will but not stated in the Schedule-I of the Petition, such as locker, bank accounts, etc.
