1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner made available the original petition, it appears that there are two petitioners.

However, in para no. 5 it is mentioned that sole legatee is appointed under the Will. Furthermore, an amount is not mentioned in para no. 7 of the petition and same is kept blank. Furthermore, residential address and legal heirs mentioned at serial no. 3 to 5 are kept blank, petition does not bear the date, on which it is signed.

However, contrary to this, upon downloading, the pdf file which is available in the CIS it is different than the original petition. Para nos. 7 and 8 are filed up. Therefore, petitioner to take steps as per Rule 10.5 of the Bombay High Court Efiling Rules, 2022, as original petition and uploaded petitions are different. Hence, petitioner to take steps.

2. Later on, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe and seeks permission to amend the petition, in terms of the Draft amendment, annexed to the said praecipe, dated 27.11.2025. Proposed amendment is appeared to be relevant as stated in the praecipe. Hence, submission is accepted. Petitioner to carry out an amendment withing period of 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Consequential amendment, if any, stands allowed.
