Petitioner to comply requisition of Issuance of Notice to the Collector as per the Rule 396 of the Rules by submitting the true copy of the schedule-I in the department/ by uploading the true copy of the schedule-I in the portal, as the case may be.

The petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 3.

Petitioner to file affidavit of service as per Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

The petitioner to file an affidavit of the attesting witness regarding the addition/deletion/inter-lineation, etc. in the Will vide Rule 383 read with note provided at the foot of form No. 102 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 5.

The petitioner to file an affidavit of the attesting witness regarding the interpretation of the Will to the testator/testatrix, vide Rule 419 read with note provided at the foot of form No. 102 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 6.

The petitioner to file the Consent of the Legal heirs of the deceased or take steps to serve the citation vide Rule 397 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. 7.
