Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

1) In the prayer clause and in title of the petition mentioned as 'Probate' instead of 'Letters of Administration with Will'.

2) In the Will, there is locker. Hence, inventory is required to be carried out.

3) To file Affidavit of Attesting Witness as per the provisions of rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

4) Properties mentioned in the Will and not shown in the Schedule.

5) Oath is filed as Executor instead of Administrator's oath.
