3. Upon perusal of the affidavit, it appears that it is not stated what amendment is to be carried out. Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that praecipe was shown to the petitioner. However, in an affidavit reference of the said praecipe is not mentioned. Hence, the Ld. advocate for the petitioner to comply the order of amendment, as per the Law.
