1. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. Petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition, as suggested in the praecipe, dated 05.08.2025. Ld. advocate for the petitioner submits that petitioner is amending the petition so as to aver facts about marital status of the deceased. Hence, suggested amendment is appeared to be relevant as stated in the praecipe. Hence, submission is accepted. Petitioner to carry out an amendment withing period of 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Consequential amendment, if any, stands allowed. Furthermore, in case of online petition, the petitioner to upload the amended petition, within period of 05 days from the date of amendment.

2. The petitioner to comply the requisition of Issuance of notice to Collector vide Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980. The petitioner to furnish administration Bond for the gross amount vide Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980.
