Advocate for petitioner submits that pursuant to the directions issued by the Additional Prothonotary and Senior Master / Additional Registrar (OS) as per order dated 14.01.2025 in Chamber Order No. 573 of 2024, Advocate for petitioner had served the non-consenting legal heirs of deceased through paper publication.

2. In the present petition, one Tandra Bhattacharya, added as Respondent and if the petition is contested it should be listed before the Hon'ble Court hence, remove from board.
