Called for Compliance It has been observed that in para no. 4 of the petition the legal heir mentioned are not class I legal heirs being brother viz. Gautam Probodh Chaudhuri (brother of the deceased) and Ketaki Probodh Chaudhari (sister of the deceased). It has been observed that the death certificate of the parents of the deceased as well as name of the wife of the deceased and son of the deceased is not mentioned as well as the date of the death is not mentioned. The details are required to be mentioned in para no. 4 to the petition.

Advocate for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to file additional affidavit describing the status of the legal heirs of the deceased alongwith details of the legal heirs and will carry out amendment into the petition and will upload the corrected version. Advocate for the petitioner request reverification may be dispensed with as the petitioner is suffering from serious ailment. The said request is accepted. Advocate for the petitioner is allowed

2 TP to file additional affidavit and carry out the amendment in para no. 4 into the petition. Reverification is dispensed with.
