This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Vaishali Sanjiv Prabhu and Pranali Vijaykumar Laud both being married daughters of deceased. Deceased namely Arvind Yashwant Divadkar died intestate at Mumbai on 04.05.1980. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two daughters who are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 28.05.2024 is filed. As all surviving legal heirs of the deceased are petitioners before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
