1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner has moved a praecipe dated 10.01.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition, as stated there in. He has submitted that earlier petition was filed by 3051/2019 for the grant of Succession Certificate in respect of debts and Securities of the deceased.

However, in Misc. Petition, having MPT No.

200/2023,the said grant has been revoked and therefore, petitioner has filed this petition. However, this fact has not been mentioned in the earlier petition. Hence, the petitioner seeks permission to aver this fact in the petition. Submission is accepted.

2. Petitioner to amend the petition, as prayed for, within 02 weeks from the date of uploading this order and upload the amended petition, within 03 days from the date of amendment.

3. After amendment, the office to proceed as per the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980.
