Advocate for the Petitioner undertakes to file the additional affidavit of the petitioner no. 1 confirming the proposed amendment, which has been granted vide an order dated 10.01.2025.

2. In view of the filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner no. 1 confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

3. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Amended petition to be uploaded in the CIS within 05 days from the date of its amendment.
