1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 20.08.2024 and thereby submitted that in para no. 1 of the order dated 14.08.2024, name of the petitioner is mentioned as "Sugandha Subflash Menge" instead of "Sugandha Subhash Menge" and in para no. 7 of the said order relationship of the petitioner with the deceased is wrongly mentioned as "Son" instead of "Wife". Hence, same may be corrected.

2. In order dated 14.08.2024, name of the petitioner is corrected and read as "Sugandha Subhash Menge" and in para no. 7 of the said order, relationship of the petitioner is corrected and read as "wife" of the deceased.

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 14.08.2024 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
