1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe thereby stating that in para no. 3 of the of the order dated it is stated that deceased died no. 1 married on 09/01/1979. However, deceased no. 1 died as married on 09/01/1979. Furthermore, in para no. 7 of order dated 15.07.2024, relationship of the petitioner is mentioned as son of the deceased. However, relation of the petitioner is grandson of the deceased. Hence, same may be corrected.

2. 1st Line para no. 3 of the order dated 15.07.2024 is corrected and read as "said deceased No. 1 died as a married on 09/01/1979." Furthermore, in para no. 7 of the order dated 15.07.2024 relation of the petitioner is corrected and read as "Grand-son".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 15.07.2024 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
