1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that he had moved a praecipe on 25.03.2025 and sought amendment in the schedule of the petition as inventory was carried out as per the JOT/194/2024. However, in order dated 25.03.2025, petitioner was directed to comply issuance of Notice to Collector and file administration bond. Hence, same order may be corrected.

2. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, and again upon mentioning the matter and praecipe dated 25.03.2025. Petitioner is permitted to carryout an amendment in the schedule as per the Commissioner's report filed in JOT/194/2024. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed.

3. Petitioner to carryout an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

4. Petitioner to act as per the order dated 25.03.2025 as well as this order.

5. Adjourned to already scheduled date.
