Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

1) In para 7 of the Will, deceased had appointed his wife namely Sunita Lokesh Shah, as executor. Hence,when executor is appointed under the Will, how this petition is maintainable for Letters of Administration of Will instead of Probate. Advocate to explain.

2) To comply with the provisions of rule 383 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

3) Properties mentioned in the Will and not shown in the Schedule.

4) Para regarding executor is missing.

At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, matter is adjourned till 23.07.2024 for compliance of aforesaid requisitions.
