Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Further to order dated 23.07.2024, time to carry out amendment is extended by one week.

Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased has appointed Executor under the Will and therefore, petition cannot be proceeded with Letters of Administration With Will which was also confirmed by petitioner. Therefore, she seeks to carry out amendment as per order dated 23.07.2024. Amendment is required to carry out to proceed further.

She further submits that the petitioner at present residing at Delhi. Hence, seeks to dispense with verification. As requested by Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, verification is dispensed with subject to Ld. Advocate for petitioner file on record E-mail received from petitioner confirms the amendment in writing to allow Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment to convert petition from Letters of Administration with Will to Probate.

After amendment is carried out, office to place this matter before the concerned Officer. Remove from board.
