Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Pursuant to order dated 13.08.2024, Ld. Advocate for petitioner directed by way of amendment to convert the present petition from Letters of Administration with Will to Probate.

Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that she has carried out the said amendment and accordingly, uploaded the amended version of the petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court.

Master (Admin) is directed to verify the amendment carried out in the petition and issue citation within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order and also issue Notice to the Collector. Advocate is directed to take steps.

Advocate to file Affidavit of Service of General Citation within one week thereafter and also effect service upon non-consenting legal heirs, if any as per Rules 399 and 400 of the Bombay High Court Original Side Rules.

Office to verify if any cross petition is filed, then take steps to place before the Hon'ble Court under Rule 407 of High Court O.S. Rules.

List the matter on 14.01.2025.
