Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that she has filed Affidavit of petitioner and stated on oath that one of the legal heirs of deceased namely Kamal Anant Kudalkar's address was not known to her at the time of filing this petition. However, recently petitioner has taken instructions from their relatives and able to find out the address of abovesaid Kamal Kudalkar.

Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks to carry out amendment by adding address of the said legal heirs in the petition. Amendment is allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading this order.

After the amendment is carried out, office to issue specific citation upon Kamal Anant Kudalkar.
