1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 13.01.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the schedule of the petition due to inventory of the locker as per the Judge's Order no. 162/2024. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Petitioner is permitted to carryout an amendment as per the praecipe.

2. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Amended copy to be uploaded within three days from the date of amendment carrying out the amendment.

Furthermore, petitioner to comply issuance of Notice to Collector and file administration bond after amendment is carried out as there is a variation in amount. Amended petition to be uploaded within 03 days from the date of amendment.
