1.
Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
This petition is moved to dispense with the office objection to file the consent affidavit of one of the beneficiaries under the Will namely, Sau Geeta Shenai, who is the wife of Gangadhar Shenai, the predeceased brother of the deceased. 3.
Certain bequests are made in favour of Sau Geeta Shenai. The deceased was survived by two sisters, who have given their consent for the grant of Letters of Administration. As the deceased was survived by two sisters, they succeed to the estate D.A.ETHAPE
15-TP-2039-2024 (OS).doc of the deceased to the exclusion of the heirs in the succeeding entries in the schedule of class-II heirs. As Gangadhar Shenai predeceased the deceased, it is not necessary to serve the citation on Sau Geeta Shenai. Therefore, the office objections stand dispensed with.
