Perused the praecipe dated 20.02.2026 and the Petition. 4.
This Petition seeks issuance of probate in respect of the last Will and Testament of Sonabai Nivrutti Hankare alias Sonabai WD/o Nivruti Hankare alias S. N. Hankare. Petition is filed by the Executrix and sole beneficiary named in the Will. The names and details of legal heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.8 of the Petition. 5.
Consent affidavit dated 07.12.2024 of Dagdoo Nivruti Hankare, the legal heir is filed on record and appended at page No.28 of Petition. Affidavit of Executrix is appended at page No.10 to the Petition and Affidavit of attesting witness is appended to the Petition. I have

For the averments mentioned in the Petition and submissions made by Mr. Tripathi, Testamentary Petition is allowed in terms of the relief prayed.

Testamentary Department is directed to issue grant / probate having effect throughout the State of Maharashtra subject to all other compliances and strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today positively.
