TP/2052/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Nidhi Dotiya, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nafisa Fareed Bakali being sister of deceased. Deceased namely Shamim Usman Zarodarwala died intestate at Mumbai on 05.10.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Aadhaar Card and Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased was survived by husband and he has filed Affidavit dated 17.10.2024 the surrendering his rights in the estate of deceased. Deceased had three sisters. One sister of deceased namely Rafiya Noor Mohammad died leaving behind one son. Deceased was survived by two sisters and one nephew. Out of them one sister is petitioner herein and the husband, another sister and nephew have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 26.06.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
