By the praecipe dated 18th June 2005, the Applicant seeks dispensation of inventory of lockers.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the sister-in-law of the deceased, who is the other legal heir of deceased, has filed her consent affidavit dated 4th June 2025. The consent affidavit is at page Nos. 21 to 23 . He submits that the Petitioner has always been in joint possession of the locker.
