1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 26.08.2024 and thereby informed that already citation was issued vide an order dated 26.04.2024. Therefore, fresh citation does not require to be issued. Submission is accepted.

Furthermore, upon perusal of the CIS, it appears that in pursuance of the order dated 26.04.2024, the petitioner has filed affidavit of service, true copy of schedule-I of the petition for issuance of Notice to Collector and also filed the administration bond. In view of this compliance, an issuance of citation, as per the order dated 16.08.2024, need not be issued and consequence thereof time which was granted for compliance required to be reduced. Accordingly, next adjourned date, which is given as 08.10.2024, is required to be changed and therefore, it is amended as "10.09.2024"

Hence, the petition is adjourned to 10.09.2024.
