Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the requisitions raised are as under :

1. Deceased had bequeathed flat mentioned in the Schedule I of the petition to "Shri Dattaguru Gamastha Mitra Mandal-Nante Diganwadi (Mumbai)", which is the Association of Villagers who are resident of village Dinganwadi, TalukaDapolil, District- Ratnagiri.

2. To explain how grants can be issued to the above Association in view of Section 223 of Indian Succession Act, 1925.

3. To provide official translation of the Will.

4. Consent Affidavit filed by Dipika Shigvan is in vernacular language, who had explained to her in English.

5. In para No. 5 of the Affidavit of Attesting Witness filed by Mr. Mahesh Umasare dated 30th January, 2024 - deceased referred as testatrix.

6. As per Will there are annexures. Hence, Ld. Advocate for petitioner to comply with the provisions of Rule 385 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

7. To file Affidavit of Servie of affixation of citation.

8) To file Administration Bond.

9) Notice to Collector.

At the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, matter is adjourned till 14.11.2024 for compliance of aforesaid requisitions.
