1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the Schedule-I of the Trust is produced. The Petitioner is shown to be the office bearer for the term started from 2012 to 2017. He further submitted that there is no fresh change in the trust.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has produced the resolution authorising him to present the petition, on behalf of the Trust. Hence, considering this submission, the petition is adjourned for the Order. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to ensure that all requisitions as per the Chapter XXVI of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980 are complied with, including authority of the petitioner to act on behalf of the Trust, as per Provisions of the law.

3. The petitioner to further ensure that the there is valid resolution of the trust according to its Memorandum and Article of Association and point out this fact.
