This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sanjoy Paul s/o. Himansu Sekhor Paul being son of deceased. Deceased namely Himansu Sekhor Paul alias late Sh S H Paul said to be died intestate at Calcutta, West Bengal on 11.03.1996. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that Affidavit of petitioner dated 28.09.2023 is filed for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The said Affidavit is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased since deceased the deceased who died on 08.09.2015. Deceased was survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.05.2024 and Administration Bond dated 24.12.2024 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
