Advocate for the petitioner submits that to transfer the securities in the name of the petitioner will take more than six months and the petitioner is critical as per the instructions of the legal heir. Advocate for the petitioner submits that he will take appropriate application and he will seek necessary direction from the Hon'ble Court to transpose the legal heir as petitioner in the present petition then the petition can be proceeded ahead.
