Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to tender an additional affidavit of Ms. Almitra Neville Billimoria, a witness whose affidavit was sought to be tendered under Rule 384 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1860. It is affirmed that the identity of the other attesting witness has now been revealed and the said attesting witness, namely, Faredoon Dinshaw Mehta has filed an affidavit.
