2. In the petition the averment of capacity of the petitioner is missing. The Ld. Adv. for the Petitioner to make necessary averments about the capacity of the petitioner in the cause title as well as in the entire petition, by way of amendment. The Ld. Adv. for the petitioner further prays for amendment in the prayer clause and in second schedule.

The Ld. Adv. for the Petitioner submits that Para of legal heirs is also missing in the petition.
