In paragraph No. 4 of the petition, the petitioner has mentioned that "The Parents of the deceased are predeceased the deceased. The said deceased died leaving behind his mother as mentioned above." Hence, the petitioner to explain whether mother of the deceased is pre-deceased or since deceased. Hence, adjourned.
