Hence, Ld. Advocate for petitioner seeks to carry out amendment to convert this petition from Letters of Administration with Will to Probate. Amendment is allowed. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out amendment within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order and any other consequential amendment, if any.

After the amendment is carried out, office to place this matter before the concerned Officer. Hence, remove from board.
