Sr. No. 1 - TP 2120 of 2024 (ECHCBM02067872024) MS. Mandakini Kumari Sinh, Advocate for the petitioner. In my order dated 3.5.2024 at para no. 3 it has been mentioned as under :- "Advocate for petitioner submits that the said deceased died intestate and that due and diligent search has been made for Will but none has been found" which will be replaced by para no. 4 of the petition. Para no. 4 of the petition reads as under :

"4. That the said Deceased left a writing which is her Last Will and Testament dated 20th January 2006, a copy whereof is hereto annexed and marked at Exhibit -'C', hereinafter referred to as the said Last Will". The order dated 3.5.2024 stands corrected and will be read with corrected version.
