It is stated in para 1 of the said order that deceased died at Mumbai on 26.11.2018 however, Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died at Los Angeles, California, U. S. A., which is mentioned in para No. 1 of the petition.

2. In view of the aforesaid circumstance, place of death be read as "Los Angeles, California, U. S. A." instead of Mumbai. Hence, remove from board.
