1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that petitioner and her brohter being heirs of hte husband of the deceased vide Section 15(1) (b) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Submission is accepted. However, the petitioner to make an averment about the source of the property so that Section 15(2) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956 would not apply. Petitioner to explain the source of the Property vide Sec. 15(1)(2) of HS Act.
