1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 04.07.2024 alongwith the schedule of the proposed amendment in para no. 5 in response to the query raised by the undersigned officer. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe to explain how the petitioner and heirs mentioned in the petition inherit the property from the deceased. Submission is accepted. It is a choice and right of the petitioner to amend the petition, as per his stand, so that he can make proper presentation of his right. Praecipe is allowed.

Furthermore, petitioner to mention the heirs of the Ashok as per the Section 8 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Petition shall be re-verified.

Petitioner to carryout an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of the order, if petition is pending. Hence, adjourned.
