He will upload the corrected version and reverification may be dispensed with. The said request is accepted. It has been observed that the legal heirs of the deceased is not properly mentioned in para no. 4 as well as documents annexed to the petition is not as per the averment. Advocate for the petitioner is directed to carry out correction in para no. 4 of the petitioner and he will do all the necessary corrections within one week from today. List the matter on 18.7.2024.
