1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 30.09.2024 and thereby submits that by order dated 30.08.2024, petitioner was permitted to carryout an amendment in the petition to explain delay. However, re-verification of the petition was not dispensed with. Hence, she submitted that petitioner is senior citizen having age of 73 years and petitioner has executed the affidavit for confirming the amendment which is to be introduced as para no. 11 of the petition. In view of this affidavit, re-verification is dispensed with. However, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to take efforts to approve the affidavit so that it will be displayed in the CIS.
