1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 30.07.2025 and thereby submitted that in order dated 17.07.2025, name of the deceased is wrongly written as Vijaya instead of Vijay. Hence, name of the deceased may be corrected.

2. Perused petition and order. In order dated 17.07.2025 name of the deceased is corrected and read as "Vijay" instead of Vijaya.

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 17.07.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
