Present Testamentary Petition is filed by Petitioner for issuance of Letters of Administration under Section 278 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925 in respect of the properties and credits of deceased Veera Marie Therese Menezes, alias Veronica Marie Therese Menezes, alias Vera M. T. Menezes, alias Vera Therese Menezes, alias Vera Maria Therese Meneze, alias Vera Maric Theresa Menezes, alias Veramarie Therese Menezes, alias Vera Marie Therese Meneger, alias Veera Menezes, alias Vera Menezes. The names and details of legal
98.TP.2209.2025.doc heirs of the deceased are stated in paragraph No.4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph Nos.7, 8 and 9 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 3.
Consent affidavits dated 19.01.2024, 05.01.2024, 16.01.2024, 11.01.2024, 03.01.2024, 02.01.2024 and 06.06.2024 of Melvyn A. J. Menezes, Kevin M. J. Menezes, Rosita M. J. Aranha, Carl Archibald Saldanha, Terence Joseph Saldanha, Ian Jude Saldanha, Ryan Menezes and Robin Menezes, the legal heirs of the deceased are appended to page Nos. 22, 25, 29, 31, 34, 37, 40 and 50 of the Petition.

In view of the above, there can be no impediment in allowing the Petition. Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause in para No. 12 which reads thus:- "The Petitioner prays that Letters of Administration may be granted to her having effect throughout India."

Department is directed to issue the Letters of Administration as directed above within a period of 3 weeks from today positively. 6.
Testamentary Petition is allowed and disposed subject to compliance of office objections, if any, forthwith which shall be allowed by the Department.
