1. Perused praecipe dated 03.09.2024 along with schedule of the amendment. In a petition order has been passed on 19.07.2024 and thereafter petitioner got information about the additional property belonging to the deceased which required to be added at serial no. 2 of the schedule-I of the petition. Hence, praecipe deserves to be allowed as stated in the praecipe. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, re-verification is dispensed with. Furthermore, affidavit shall contains details of the proposed amendment.

Petitioner to carryout an amendment as well as consequential amendments at relevant paras within four weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.

After carrying out the amendment, petitioner to file administration bond as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 and comply issuance of Notice to Collector as per Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.
