1. Read praecipe dated 30.07.2024. heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, it is submitted by the petitioner that deceased was citizen of USA. However, inadvertently word 'Indian' have been used in the title of the petition which is required to be deleted. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

2. Petitioner to carryout an amendment as well as consequential amendments within four weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
