This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by two petitioners namely Nirmal Parasmal Jain and Amit Parasmal Jain, both being Sons of deceased. Deceased namely Chandra Parasmal Jain, said to be died intestate at Delhi, on 24.11.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of the deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons, who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 19.07.2025 is filed separately through e-filing. Petitioners are surviving legal heirs hence Administration Bond not required. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
