Heard Mr. Shah, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

Mr. Shah, learned Advocate informs the Court that cross Petition was filed only for issuance of Letters of Administration qua immovable properties of the deceased and Affidavit to that effect has been filed before the Department. It is annexed to the praecipe also. In that view of the matter, the same shall be accepted. The requirement of the statement regarding pending cross Petition stands dispensed with.

In so far as the present Petition is concerned for issuance of Succession Certificate qua the movable properties of the deceased, Department shall proceed further strictly with the directions contained

P42.TP.2256.2025.doc in the order dated 10.02.2026 and Petition be allowed with no other office objections required to be complied with. 5.

Department shall act expeditiously and issue the Grant within a period of two weeks from today positively in view of the exigency mentioned by the learned Advocate for Petitioner. 6.

In view of the above, praecipe is disposed.
