1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Lata Sunil Jiandani being widow of deceased No. 1 and sisterin-law of deceased No. 2 . Deceased No. 1 namely Sunil Vasudev Jiandani died intestate at Mumbai on 29.07.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Kishni Ramchand Jiandani died intestate at Mumbai on 12.02.2000. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 12.05.2023 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Deceased No. 1 was survived by his widow and two sons. Out of them widow of deceased No. 1 is petitioner herein and both sons have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record.

Deceased No. 2 died as spinster. Parents of deceased No. 2 predeceased the deceased. Further details of legal heirs of deceased No. 2 is not mentioned in the petition hence, Advocate to take steps. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.08.2025 and Administration Bond dated 06.10.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. Liberty to move for listing the matter on compliance of requisition stated in Bold hereinabove.
