1. As pe the last order dated 12.12.2024, department has submitted the report which is kept along with this order. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that all requisitions in the matter are complied with. Hence, matter is taken for the order.

2. However, while dictating the order, it is noticed that petitioner has not complied with the directions given vide an order dated 05.09.2024 in respect of chain of inheritance, though on 30.09.2024, 17.10.2024 and 21.11.2024, time was sought to comply with this requisitions. Furthermore, this requisition was raised under Rule 389 of Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980 Hence, petitioner to point out that this requisition is complied with, so that petition will be taken up for final order. Hence, adjourned.
