Shri. Ashish Varnekar Ld. Advocate for the Jagdish Jagtiya submits that today he is going to file a caveat in the petition. However, from the record, it appears that this objector was having enough time to file the caveat, as per the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980 (for short "Rules"). However, till today no caveat has been filed. Hence, matter is taken for order, according to law. Objector may take steps according to Rules, if she wants.
