3. Later on, Shri. Mahesh Pandey, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner appeared at the end of the board, at about 06.00 p.m. and his presence is marked accordingly.

He submits that he was not present when the matter was called out however he latter on appeared at 12.00 pm and therefore he is appearing at the end of the board. Order passed in the matter is communicated to him. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner argued to pass a final order repeatedly. However, at this juncture his prayer cannot be considered. At the most, the next date can be preponed as no one appeared in the matter, either from the petitioner and on behalf of the objector, till now. Hence, matter be listed on 03.01.2024.
