1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Fatema Shabbir Hussein Musliwala being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Akbarali Hussainali Tinwala died intestate at Vadodara on 25.04.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and another daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.09.2025 and Administration Bond dated 27.02.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
