The petitioner is willing to make an averment about the marital status of the one of the heir of the deceased. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed in terms of the schedule for proposed amendment. As the Petitioner is present and she has signed the schedule of the amendment along with the Ld. Advocate, re-verification is dispensed with.

Petitioner is willing to make averment about the son of the deceased within two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Hence, adjourned.
